Description
All Rooms: Reserve up to 4 hours per day (consecutive or not). Requires an SHSU account.
- Small Rooms (Unlocked): At your reservation time, just walk in. Rooms should be unlocked. Rooms may be used without a reservation, but reservations take priority. All rooms have electrical outlets and dry-erase whiteboards.
- Medium Rooms (Locked): At your reservation time, request the room key from the Library Service Desk in the 2nd floor main lobby. All rooms have electrical outlets and dry-erase boards glassboards and large monitors for wireless laptop or phone connection. Some rooms include an exterior window (as indicated).
- Video Studio and Meditation/Reflection Room (Locked): At your reservation time, request the room key from the Library Service Desk in the 2nd floor main lobby.
Video Recording Studio
The Video Recording Studio provides the space and technology to quickly and easily record videos; just plug in a flash drive and click the Record button. Flash drives available for checkout if needed.
Room contains microphone, camera, lights, and greenscreen. HDMI cable provided to optionally display content from a laptop on th greenscreen, play background music, etc.
Notes: No editing software. Not soundproofed as a musical recording booth. Recommend flash drives 8 GB or smaller, as large drives full of files may slow the system.
