Intro to Data for Beginners

Intro to Data for Beginners Online

Data is all around us. But what do we even mean when we say "data"? What does it look like, how can we use it, and why should we care? This session will help beginners, such as undergraduate students, to establish a foundational understanding of data so they can better understand and evaluate research by others, as well as begin to engage in research themselves.

This workshop has been completely revised in Spring 2024!

Location: Zoom. Attendance is free, but registration is required. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.
